【重要】図書館システム更新に伴うサービス一時休止のお知らせ(11/19-26) /【Important】Notice of Service Suspension due to the Library System Replacement(11/19-26)
附属図書館では、図書館システムの更新に伴い、下記のとおりサービスの一部を休止いたします。
ご不便をおかけして申し訳ありませんが、ご理解とご協力のほどよろしくお願い申し上げます。
期間：2025/11/19(水) 16:00 ～ 11/26(水)
１）上記期間中は以下のサービスがご利用になれません。
〇自動貸出機による貸出・延長
〇図書館間相互貸借（ILL）
〇My Library
・施設予約
・資料の貸出/予約状況照会（貸出期間の延長を含む）
・図書館資料購入リクエスト
・他大学へのILL依頼
・スマホ入館のためのバーコード表示
〇蔵書検索システム（OPAC）
OPACは、11/25（火）12:00～11/26（水）を除き検索できますが、資料の予約等はできません。
また、11/19（水）16:00以降の更新情報は反映されません。
＊電子リソース（電子ジャーナル・電子ブック・データベース）は、附属図書館Webサイト＞探す・調べる＞電子リソース一覧（https://www.lib.ynu.ac.jp/search/onlr.html
）からアクセスできます。
２）上記期間中の臨時対応
〇資料の貸出・返却
カウンターにて貸出・返却できますが、OPACの「状態」欄には貸出・返却状況等が反映されません。
〇施設予約
ワーキングスタジオのご利用はカウンターで受付します。
メディアホール及びアクティブラーニング教室は、上記の期間、予約受付を停止します。
＊作業の進捗状況等により変更の可能性があります。最新の情報は附属図書館Webサイトのニュースや公式X等でお知らせします。

Due to the library system replacement, some of the services and operations will be suspended as follows.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Date and time:
Wednesday, November 19, 16:00 - Wednesday, November 26, 2025
1) The following services will be suspended during the above period.
〇 Loaning/extension via automatic lending machine
〇 Interlibrary Loan (ILL) services
〇 My Library
・Facility reservations
・Checking books' loan/reservation status (including loan period extensions)
・Library material purchase requests
・ILL requests to other universities
・User ID barcode display for smartphone
〇 OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog)
The OPAC will be searchable except for the term from November 25, 12:00 to November 26. However, loan reservations will be unavailable, and there will be no updates after 16:00 on November 19.
*You can access electronic resources, such as electronic journals, e-books, and databases from the Library website > Search and Find > Electronic Journals, Electronic Books, Online Databases.
2) Temporary procedures during the period above
〇 Borrowing and Returning Books
You can borrow and return books at the counter, but the loan/return status won't be updated in the "Status" column on the OPAC.
〇 Facility Reservations
Use of the Working Studio will be handled at the counter.
Reservations for the Media Hall and Active Learning Room will be suspended during the period above.
*The schedule above might be changed depending on the situation. The latest information will be announced on the Library website's news or official X.
