年度末における公費による海外・国立国会図書館からの文献取寄の受付休止について/Suspension of ILL Requests at Public Expense from Overseas and the NDL at the End of the Fiscal Year
下記の期間中、今年度内の請求書到着が見込めない依頼先の所蔵資料については
公費での文献取寄の受付を休止します。
下記のとおり、支払手続き・資料の受渡方法が通常とは異なります。
(1)当館カウンターで振込書を受領
(2)お申し込み者ご本人が代金を銀行振込
(3)カウンターで振込明細等の提示により振込の確認を受け、取寄文献を受領
NDLにしか所蔵がない資料については
上記の手続きをご了承いただいた上で私費でのお申込み、
または来年度4月以降のお申込みをご検討くださいますようお願い致します。
私費の場合は、NDLに直接個人で申込むこともできます。

During the period below, we will suspend accepting ILL requests at public expense for materials held by institutions for which we do not expect to receive an invoice within this fiscal year.
(1) Receive the transfer form at the library counter.
(2) Make a bank transfer.
(3) Show the receipt at the library counter and receive the materials.
For materials held only at the National Diet Library, we'd like you to apply at your own expense, with an understanding of the above procedures, or request them after April.
For private expenses, the National Diet Library accepts individual applications. For more details, please refer to the NDL website below.
