【重要】附属図書館内の情報基盤センター管理PC撤去および教職員向けSSL-VPNサービス終了について / 【Important】Regarding the removal of the Information Infrastructure Center management PC in the libraries and the discontinuation of SSL-VPN service for faculty and staff.

下記の一部サービスの提供を終了します。

中央図書館および理工学系研究図書館の情報基盤センター管理PC端末

学内のPC教室廃止に伴い、2024年2月9日（金）午後5時をもって下記のPCの提供を終了します。

・中央図書館2階 PCプラザおよびボックス席のPC
・理工学系研究図書館1階 閲覧フロアのPC

利用終了日時以降の利用はできません。ご自身のノートPCをお持ちください。
推奨端末等は 情報基盤センターホームページ をご確認ください。
なお、中央図書館PCプラザは利用終了日以降、撤去作業が終了するまで立ち入りができませんのでご留意ください。

また、上記サービスの終了に伴い、下記の機器を移設します。

・中央図書館PCプラザのプリンター　
　　→同じ階のグループ学習エリア（コピーコーナー向かい側の柱付近）へ移設
・中央図書館PCプラザのパスワード発行機　
　　→同じ階のグループ学習エリア（ラーニングアドバイザーカウンター向かい・プラウド卒業生文庫展示の横）へ移設

※移設後のプリンターのお支払い方法は現金（硬貨）のみとなります。
　また、中央図書館PCプラザに設置の情報基盤センターへの直通電話は廃止となります。
　パスワード関連のお問い合わせは情報基盤センターへお願いします。

教職員向けSSL-VPNサービス

2024年2月11日 (日) 午前9時をもって終了します。

なお、2月13日（火）午前10時より、新VPNサービス（YNU VPN） の提供が開始されます。
利用方法はサービス開始以降に附属図書館ホームページ「電子リソース一覧」のページ にリンクを公開します。
新VPNサービス提供までの間はVPNサービスによる電子リソース等の利用はできません。

※新VPNサービス(YNU VPN) は、利用者側PCにクライアントソフトウェアをインストールして利用するタイプのVPNサービスとなります。
提供されるクライアントソフトウェアの関係上、 新VPNサービスを利用できるのは、Windows PCとMac PCのみとなります。（Linux , スマートフォン , タブレット端末は利用できませんのでご了承ください。）
また、技術上の制限により、同時接続台数が500台までであるため、1回当たりの最大接続時間が1時間となります。

The following services will be discontinued:

Central Library and Engineering Research Library Information Infrastructure Center Management PC Terminals

Due to the discontinuation of on-campus PC classrooms, the provision of the following PCs will end on February 9, 2024, at 5:00 PM:

・PCs on the 2nd floor PC Plaza and Box Seats of the Central Library
・PCs on the 1st floor Browsing Area of the Engineering Research Library

Usage will not be possible after the specified date and time. Please bring your own laptop.
Check the Information Infrastructure Center homepage for recommended devices.
Note that access to the Central Library PC Plaza will be restricted until the removal process is complete.

Additionally, the following equipment will be relocated due to the service discontinuation.

・Printer from the Central Library PC Plaza → relocated to the Group study area on the same floor (near the Copy Corner).
・Password Issuing Machine from the Central Library PC Plaza → relocated to the Group study area on the same floor (opposite the Learning Adviser Counter, next to the Proud Alumni Collection exhibition).

※After relocation, the printer will only accept cash (coins). Direct phone access to the Information Infrastructure Center, installed at the Central Library PC Plaza, will be abolished.

SSL-VPN Service for Faculty and Staff

The service will end on February 11, 2024, at 9:00 AM. Starting from February 13, 2024, at 10:00 AM, a new VPN service (YNU VPN) will be provided.

Instructions for usage will be published on the Library homepage "Electronic Resource List "
Until the new VPN service is available, electronic resource access through VPN services will not be possible.

Please note that the new VPN service (YNU VPN) requires the installation of client software on the user's PC.
Due to technical limitations, the service is available only for Windows and Mac PCs (not compatible with Linux, smartphones, or tablet devices).
Additionally, there is a maximum simultaneous connection limit of 500 devices, and the maximum connection time per session is 1 hour.
