公費による海外・国立国会図書館からの文献取寄の受付休止について/ On the suspension of accepting applications for literature from overseas libraries and National Diet Library at public expense

下記の期間中、一部の依頼先の所蔵資料については
今年度内の請求書到着が見込めないため、公費での文献取寄のお申込みは休止させていただきます。

公費でのお申込みを休止する依頼先

• 国立国会図書館
• 海外

期間中、国立国会図書館に対しては、私費でのご依頼を受付しておりますが、
支払手続き・資料の受渡方法等が通常のご依頼文献とは異なる場合があります。

※国立国会図書館への私費でのご依頼に関しては、下記のお渡し方法となります。
(1)当館にて振込書をお渡し
(2)お申し込み者ご本人が料金をお振込み
(3)当館で受領証にてお振込確認させて頂いた後に取寄文献をお渡し

大変お手数おかけいたしますが、国立国会図書館にしか所蔵がない資料については
上記の手続きをご了承いただいた上で私費でのお申込み、
または来年度４月以降のお申込みをご検討いただきますようお願いいたします。

私費での国立国会図書館からの複写物取り寄せについては個人でのお申込みも可能です。

During the following period, due to the fact that some libraries invoice may not arrive in this fiscal year, YNU Library is going to suspend applications for literature borrowing at public expense.

Period

• February 1st-March 31st, 2024

Libraries for whom applications will be suspended

• National Diet Library
• Overseas libraries

During the period, for National Diet Library, YNU Library will be accepting requests at personal expense, however, payment procedures and methods of receiving materials may differ from regular requests.

※For personal expense requests to the National Diet Library, the following methods of delivery will apply.
(1) Delivery of a transfer form at our library
(2) The applicant pays the fee personally
(3) Bringing a receipt to our library we will deliver the borrowed literature
We apologize for the inconvenience, but for materials that can only be found at the National Diet Library, we ask that you please understand the above procedures and consider personal expense requests or requests after April of next year.

For personal expense copies borrowed from the National Diet Library, individual applications are also possible. For more details, please see the National Diet Library's website below.
