NOTICE TO PERSON WHOSE EXPIRATION DATE OF THE STUDENT CARD IS SEPTEMBER 30, 2018

This is about renewing before the library card's expiration date.

• This university's students can use the student ID as library cards.
• If the expiration date of the Student ID card is September 30th, the expiration date of the library card is September 1st as an initial setting.
• If students wish, the expiration date of the library card can be renewed.
• Students can extend until September 14th in the case for the following reason.
  • For writing a thesis; graduation thesis, master‘s thesis, doctoral thesis　*It doesn't matter if the thesis is presented or not.
  • For education or researching
  • For repeating a year
• Students who will go on to graduate school can extend until September 28th.In the case, it is necessary to present the documentation showing that. About the documentation, students should ask to the academic affairs that they belong to.

Please ask to the Library Staff from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays.
