Application Form for Browsing/ILL/Photocopying
ILL (Interlibrary) Photocopy / Book Loan Request From
Interlibrary loan (ILL) service is available to YNU members.
Please log in to My Library and proceed to the ILL-ILL request.
When applying at the Central Library Reference Desk, please fill out and submit the application form below.

Application Form for Registration of ILL Use by Public Expense
If you are a faculty member and are unable to select "Public Expense" when applying for interlibrary loan (ILL) through My Library on the library website, please contact the Information Services Section by email. → Contact Information
Application for the Issue of a Copy Card
Faculty members can apply for a copy card at public expense.
After filling out the application form, please email it to the Information Services Section (contact information here), send it via internal mail, or submit it to the Central Library Reference Desk.
Application for Book Reservation
- Those who have a library card are eligible.
- You can reserve books that are currently listed as "checked out" in the OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog). Clicking the "Reserve" button will open the My Library login screen. Those who have a library account should make a book reservation online.
- If you have reasons why you cannot apply online, please complete the reservation form below and bring it to the Main Counter at the Central Library.
