Library cafe "shoca." 
At "shoca," a cafe on the 1st floor of the Central Library (operated by the Yokohama National University Co-op), you can take a break while enjoying drinks and light snacks purchased at the cafe. Bringing in outside food and drinks during business hours is strictly prohibited!
