(9月卒業・修了等予定の方へ)貸出期限延長手続きの受付中です
(Students who will graduate in September, or research students ending their enrollment in September)
About renewing before the library card's expiration date

卒業・修了等で、9月に在籍期間終了予定の方の貸出期限は9月1日までとなっています。
手続をすると、以下の通り期限の延長が可能です。

• 学習・研究のために図書の貸出が必要な方→9/15まで
• 学位論文が未提出の方→ 9/15まで
• 大学院への進学等により10月以降も在籍予定の方　
  （入学許可証等の証明書類の提示が必要です）→9/29まで

平日9時～17時の間、中央図書館カウンターにて受付しています。

【注意】
既に貸出手続きを済ませた図書の返却期限は自動的には変更されません。
貸出済み図書の返却期限を変更したい場合は、返却期限の延長の手続きが必要です。

About renewing before the library card's expiration date

• This university's students can use the student ID as library cards.
• If the expiration date of the Student ID card is September 30th, the expiration date of the library card is September 1st as an initial setting.
• If students wish, the expiration date of the library card can be renewed.
• Students can extend until September 15th in the case for the following reason.
  • For writing a thesis; graduation thesis, master‘s thesis, doctoral thesis　*It doesn't matter if the thesis is presented or not.
  • For education or researching
  • For repeating a year
• Students who will go on to graduate school can extend until September 29th.In the case, it is necessary to present the documentation showing that. About the documentation, students should ask to the academic affairs that they belong to.

Please ask to the Library Staff from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays.
