「外国学術図書」の購入について
収書係
昭和62年度，全国の国立大学における「外国学術図書」の整備・充実を図るための予算が計上され，本学には約２千万円が配分されました。
図書の選定にあたっては，主題を「人文科学」「社会科学」「理学・工学」および「参考図書」の４つの分野にわけ，関係する分野については，それぞれ各学部の先生方の協力を得て選定しました。この中には，当初の方針ということで，古書，雑誌のバックナンバーおよびマイクロ類は除かれています。
本学の購入希望図書は，東京工業大学において入札方式の契約，経理事務が行われ，最終的に本学分として約２千冊の図書が管理換えというかたちで納本される予定です。
配架については，人文科学関係図書および参考図書が中央図書館に，社会科学関係図書が社会科学系研究図書館に，理学・工学関係図書が理工学系研究図書館にそれぞれ備付けられる予定です。
